SERVICES & FEES
Clear fees before you begin.
The right service depends on what your claim needs Dr. Bell to evaluate. You do not have to figure that out alone. You will know what the service includes, what you will receive, and what it costs before any work begins.
01 / SERVICES AND FEES
Fees and what each service includes
The right service depends on what needs to be evaluated, which records are available, and how the report will be used. If you are not sure which service fits, that is okay. Dr. Bell will help you understand the next step. $750 includes the evaluation report plus either a DBQ or a nexus letter. $1,000 includes the evaluation report plus both the DBQ and nexus letter. The additional document is $250 when clinically appropriate and agreed in advance. A standalone DBQ is $500 when clinically appropriate.

02 / BEFORE YOU DECIDE
What is settled before any service begins
A clear plan means fewer surprises. You will know the work, the fee, and what to expect before you move ahead. VANP is self-pay and does not take insurance. The veteran or their representative submits the report to VA. The practice does not automatically file a claim and does not guarantee a claim outcome.
Agree on the plan
Know what will be evaluated, which records are needed, and what you will receive.
Know the fee in advance
You will see the full fee and any possible added work before the service begins.
Let the evidence guide the findings
Dr. Bell’s findings are based on your records, interview, and other clinical evidence.
03 / PAYMENT AND NEXT STEPS
From booking to your final report
Your claim matters. So does how you are treated during the process.
Our clear, secure process helps you know what to expect at each step.
01
Choose your appointment
Choose a date and time that works for you. The evaluation costs $750. A $500 deposit confirms your selected appointment. The remaining $250 is due when your report is completed. You may also pay the full $750 at booking, after selecting the date and time. We will send your invoice, receipt, and confirmation.
02
Open your secure portal
Follow the invitation to create your password. Your portal gives you one secure place for forms, records, messages, invoices, appointments, and your final report.
03
Tell us about your claim
Complete a short intake about your claim, health history, and military service. Your answers help Dr. Bell prepare for your appointment.
You will also read and sign the consent form before your evaluation.
04
Upload your records
Upload your VA letters, prior exams, medical records, and other helpful documents through your portal. Please upload your records through the secure portal three business days before the evaluation. Dr. Bell reviews late-arriving records case by case.
Not sure what to send? That is okay. We will help you identify what matters and let you know if something important appears to be missing.
05
Meet with Dr. Bell
Join your evaluation through secure video. Most sessions last about 60 minutes.
After introductions, Dr. Bell will give you a brief overview of what he reviewed and how he understands your claim. You can correct anything, add what may be missing, and ask questions before moving into the evaluation.
These evaluations may cover personal or difficult experiences. Dr. Bell will guide the conversation at a respectful pace, explain what to expect, and listen carefully. You may ask questions or request a short break at any time.
06
Receive your report
Dr. Bell reviews the full evidence after your appointment and personally writes your report. Most evaluation reports are completed within three business days after the evaluation is complete and all necessary records and information have been received.
We will notify you when your report is ready. Once any remaining balance is paid, you can access your report in your secure portal and download your copies as PDFs. If you have questions after reading it, you may contact Dr. Bell directly.
